Continue readingThe Stocker is a fusion between a stool and a chair. The light stackable wooden seats are suitable for private and semiofficial facilities. Its expressive form underlines the beauty of local timber. The intricate structural design and construction enables it with a material thickness of 8 mm of 100 per cent solid wood to create a robust but light article weighing only 2300 Gramm. The compact construction of the Stocker allows space saving storage. Stacked onto each other, it can easily be stored and due to its innovative design, Stocker can be pushed completely below a table.

Villafound Jade is composed of 13 detached villas, including a folk custom museum, a restaurant with tea bar, and the rest is lodging areas. In term of architecture intervention, the architect applied Naxi residence elements largely and maintained the rustic beauty of Naxi traditional dwellings, meanwhile, modern design method was used to meet the demand of living comfort for contemporary people, purposing to create a perfect and balanced luxury retreat.
Continue readingThe resort off the coast in Northern Norway is situated in an impressive natural scenery, which inspired the conceptual design of the cabins to provide a welcome shelter from the harsh climate, while the cantilevered glass structure gives a feeling of floating on the sea. A naked, but respectful, exposure to the natural elements on the outside. With time and weathering the wood will turn silver grey, like the natural colors of the landscape around. The cabins where carefully placed to provide individual privacy while leaving the existing landscape untouched.

The challenge was to shape the brand concept, Leave your luggage, live the city, and rejuvenate the image of the old and cliche lockers. The universe of the brand and its interior design scheme combines highly topical colors and materials: white peg boards, yellow lockers flanked by a circular font, a typical airport rubber floor and a set of lights transmitting positive energy. The matte and glossy materials achieve the desired bulky look to an small space, only 30 m2.

This unique Cinema embodies a series of mind-blowing & complex concepts involving the Nature of our Universe (or Multiverse), it’s all about curves, exploded as well as folded elements, all giant in size. Designers were inventing distorted spheres and bubble-like spatial caverns (or negative entities) constantly in tension, creating a dynamic space that is taut with drama, and powerfully futuristic.
